In 1988, Peter Fidler and Warren Eng formed a partnership that would eventually become WCA Technologies, Inc. Their goal: to provide companies and organizations with top-notch technology support and solutions targeted to their specific needs. For more than 20 years, our unfailing commitment to that goal has earned us a reputation for quality, integrity, and reliability. Peter Fidler has more than 25 years of IT experience. His expertise ranges from email systems to database applications to network infrastructure. With Warren Eng, he founded WCA Technologies to provide high-quality IT service to not-for-profit organizations, law firms, and a variety of small- and medium-sized businesses. His knowledge of IT infrastructure helps ensure that every problem large or small is addressed appropriately and effectively. Peter graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and then went on to receive his MBA from Fordham University.

Warren Eng has more than 30 years of software design, development, programming, and IT consulting experience. Warren is constantly trying to find ways to improve clients’ business operations by using technology to simplify tasks and improve speed and productivity. His information technology experience and knowledge enables him to provide clients with the solutions that are best suited to their needs. Warren graduated from New York City Community College with an AAS in Data Processing and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science from NYU in Computer Applications and Information Services.

Richard Shedlow recently joined WCA Technologies as a partner after spending five years as owner of Success Networks Technologies. Richard has been in the IT field for 14 years, beginning as a network administrator (Certified Novell Engineer and Microsoft Certified Professional) at one of New York’s largest hospital systems. After joining one of New York’s fastest growing IT consulting firms in 2000, Richard became the lead IT infrastructure consultant and a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert in routing and switching. Richard excels at helping clients in the areas of network design, storage area networks, security, secure remote access, and server and application virtualization. He attended Swarthmore College where he majored in Engineering.
